The young beauty known as Yasmin might have made a name for herself last year but in 2012, that name is going to be cemented in music folk law. Since starting out initially as a DJ, the Glaswegian found herself as a featuring artist on Devlin's hit 'Runaway'. Since then, Yasmin has worked with pretty much with everyone you can think of developing her debut album which is due for release later this year. Last year saw the two top 40 hits 'On My Own' and the Labrinth produced 'Finish Line' hit the airwaves, with her new single 'Light Up (The World)' featuring Ms Dynamite and Shy FX about to embark on us, another hit is soon to enter that list.

To what is a club song, Yasmin finds a way to transform the vibe on 'Light Up (The World)' completely to one where you can chill by the side of the pool, drinking a pina colada. Probably the wrong time for that as it's winter and freezing but it doesn't hurt to dream about it.
