For over a year, MOBO TV has delivered some of the finest acoustic sessions and informative interviews with a number of famous and talented artists around spreading across a host of genres under the bracket MOBO orientated music.

We now see MOBO TV join forces with the infamous Ronnie Scott's to shoot our future productions in Ronnie's Bar. Ronnie's Bar is upstairs at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club. It's a live music that goes on every night of the week ranging from acoustic jazz to Cuban bands, jazz / funk DJs, indie, jive nights, poetry slams, soul / R&B, tap jams samba, they cater to all tastes in the arts! Ronnie's Bar is open from 6pm every evening until 3am most nights with a bar, table service, fabulous food and an award-winning cocktail list!

In this cosy space upstairs, MOBO TV have already worked with a number of sublime artists coming to MOBO Mondays very soon. The likes of PW, Ria Ritchie and Scorcher will be making an appearance to MOBO TV very very soon!

Ronnie's Bar host two specialist nights. Ruby Sings and The Late Night Jazz Jam Sessions.

Ruby Sings

Showcasing the best in unsigned talent and up and coming musicians on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, Ruby Sings provides the ideal platform for emerging artists to share sounds. With an eclectic mix of musical styles, ranging from Hip Hop, Indie and RnB to Jazz and Classical, Ruby Sings brings the finest of UK unsigned talent to Ronnie's Bar, fortnightly! With MOBO.com behind the special night, you will be able to find out who will be on the bill for future events. We will also be showcasing which of the artists on show are MOBO recommended and are ones to look out for in the future from our end.

Jazz Jam Sessions

Until recently, this weekly session was known only to the coolest of jazz heads, but has fast become the most talked about late-night hang in town. Hosted by trumpeter, Andy Davies, the raucous Jazz Jam takes you back to the hard-swinging, hard drinking, exuberant jazz joint of 50's New York. If you want to hear the beboptastic tunes of Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Charlie Parker played by some of the hottest bebopheads young and old in London town, this is the place for you people.

£5 from 8pm, £8 after 11pm
