The music world is experiencing an influx of female MCs and one of the finest to come out of the urban streets in Brommie Lady Leshurr. Part of the ‘367 crew’ with Lioness and A. Dot, Lady Leshurr has done her graft and is now about to take to the mainstream with her debut single ‘Lego’ released this month.

There are many hot topics discussed here. One includes the obscure spelling of her name and how people cannot pronounce it. Though spelt Leshurr, it’s the same as if she was Lesha. Not many people get it straight away unfortunately.

Whether talking about her early start into music, she started to write when she was 6 years old, wanting to collaborate with her man comparison Busta Rhymes and her being star struck when meeting Ms Dynamite. Along with many other secrets and tales, Lady Leshurr looks like the real deal with 2012 looking to be her year to shine.
