Lady GaGa Tops All Time Downloads

Lady Ga Ga has come out on the top of an all-time U.K singles download chart. The chart covers the last five years since legal downloading began. Not content with occupying the top spot, Lady Ga Ga also took third position with “Just Dance” which scored 700,000 digital sales. An unknown in January of this year, Lady Ga Ga has come to dominate the music industry and have two of her self written tracks in the top 3 of the all time download chart. Interestingly, all of the top five tracks appearing in the chart were released within the last year, proving the growth in popularity of legal downloading and how vital the format has become to the Music Industry.
