4. Lily Allen confirms songs for musical!

Lily Allen has confirmed that she has written ten tracks for the upcoming Bridget Jones musical! The singer, who won an Ivor Novello award for songwriting earlier this year, said that she is "hugely proud" of her work on the production, which opens next year. She told ‘The Mirror’: "Everyone thinks it's just one or two songs. But I've now had ten accepted and they look to be making the final cut for the show. "I'm hugely proud of this and it's something I've worked really bloody hard on. The money would be great but it's being recognised as a songwriter and lyricist that truly excites me." We can’t wait to see it!
