MOBO UnSung - Glasgow Winner

We've been to Glasgow twice before in 2009 and last year and we certainly noticed the hype for the urban scene there. With two more MOBO Awards to take place in the SECC in 2013 and 2015, we expect a Glaswegian winner in that very city soon. Will the MOBO UnSung winner be in contention?
