Event Sales Executive – 6 month contract – commission only
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced and innovative organisation respected for its annual music awards ceremony. As part of the lead up to the annual event, the organisation is currently seeking a highly focused, energetic and ambitious individual with a proven track record in driving sponsorship streams and a natural and honed entrepreneurial style.
Your Profile
Extensive and proven track record in event sponsorship telesales, gained in the media and entertainment sector. (Min 3 years’ experience).
Proven ability to develop new business and devise and execute sales campaigns.
Ability to initiate and maintain solid client relationships.
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent negotiation skills and at meeting deadlines.
Flexible working attitude with the ability to work across a number of areas for ‘sell in’.
Will be required to ‘sell’ across the following areas:
Online banners and videos on the company website.
Product Placement opportunities & unique VIP guest gifts.
VIP pre-show reception and After Party branding opportunities.
Award category and Prime Event sponsorship packages.
The role is a temporary assignment commencing on the 1st April and concluding on 1st October with the opportunity for the role to become more permanent. This position is paid on a commission only basis.
