MOBO Awards 2006
The 2006 MOBO awards celebrated the best of the years talent from both the U.K and across the pond. Nominees for the prestigious awards included Beyonce, Mary J Blidge, Rihanna, Kano, Sway, Corrine Baily-Rae, Coolio, Outkast, Pussycat Dolls, Baby face and Trevor Nelson. Performers on the night came from Rihanna, Corrine Bailey-Rae, Jamilia, Sway, Lemar, Sam More, Kiesha White and former Destiny’s Child member Letoya. Amongst those presenting on the night were Cassie, Akon, June Sarpong, Mica Paris, bollywood superstar Aishwarya Rai and british Olympic gold medalist Dame Kelly Holmes
