MOBO Awards 1997
The incredible event returned to the Connaught Rooms for the second year running. Once again featuring talent from the best of US and UK talent. Performances this year included Coolio, Shola Ama, Mary J Blige, All Saints, Eternal and Eroll Brown, whilst this years host was Lisa I’Anson. The big winners on the night included Shola Ama, Another Level, Beenie Man, Coolio, Will Smith, Jamiroquai, and Fola Sade.
